Mr. Oommen Abraham is a distinguished HR and OD consultant, leadership coach, corporate trainer, motivational speaker and HR technology innovator with nearly three decades of experience in transforming organizations through people, processes, and technology.

In September 2015, he founded Global Best HR & Management Consulting Private Limited with a vision to help organizations achieve sustainable growth through strategic human resource management, leadership development, and technology-enabled HR solutions.

Recognized as one of the “Most Powerful HR Professionals In India” by the World HRD Congress in 2010 at Singapore, Mr. Abraham is widely respected for his contributions to organizational development, leadership effectiveness, and HR transformation.

Over the course of his career, he has built extensive expertise in strategic, leadership, and operational aspects of human resource management. During his distinguished 18-year tenure at CavinKare Private Limited, he progressed from Management Trainee to Vice President – HR, contributing to the organization's remarkable growth journey from ₹12 Crores to over ₹1,200 Crores.

Prior to establishing Global Best HR & Management Consulting Private Ltd, he served as President – Group HR at GEMS Everonn Education Limited, where he played a key role in strengthening organizational capability and people practices across the group.

Mr. Abraham holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master's Degree in Social Work (Industrial Relations & Personnel Management) from Loyola College, Chennai, along with a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management (PGCBM) from IFMR, Chennai. He has further enhanced his professional expertise through advanced certifications in psychometric assessments, competency modelling, behavioural assessment, job evaluation, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

He is a Certified CEO Coach and is professionally certified in Group Facilitation, Competency Modelling, Behavioural Assessment, Job Evaluation, and Development Centre methodologies. His consulting interventions have helped organizations build stronger leadership pipelines, align people practices with business objectives, and create high- performance cultures.

A passionate advocate of HR digital transformation, Mr. Abraham recognized the need for an integrated and scalable HR technology platform that could address the evolving needs of modern organizations.
