September 2015 by
Mr. Oommen Abraham, an accomplished HR professional with nearly three
decades of strategic, leadership, and operational experience in people management.
Recognized as one of the “Most Powerful HR Professionals in India” (2010) by the World HRD
Congress, he is also a certified Leadership Coach, mentoring CXOs and senior leaders.
With a strong academic foundation - B.Com and MSW (IR & PM) from Loyola College, Chennai, and PGCBM from IFMR, Chennai - he also holds extensive certifications in psychometric assessments, competency modeling, job evaluation, and leadership development. Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, he served for 22 years in two leading corporates and has spent the last decade successfully managing his own business.
Mr. Abraham’s expertise spans HR strategy design, customized HRMS development, and high-impact leadership and goal-alignment workshops. His passion for HR automation led to the creation of “GB HERMES”, a comprehensive Entry-to-Exit HRMS solution adaptable across industries.
A thought leader and innovator, he has conceptualized two proprietary frameworks - the 3C’s of Accelerated Business Performance Program (focusing on Clarity, Commitment, and Collaboration) and the 4P’s of Leadership Development Program (centered on Purpose, Passion, Performance, and People). These programs have become the cornerstone of his mission to drive organizational excellence and leadership transformation.
