Procedure for Applications
I applied for an internship at GBHR with a bright outlook. The application process was fair and demanding, to find applicants who shared the company's values and goals while also possessing the requisite knowledge. The entire process, from submitting a detailed CV to participating in interviews, was informative. During the interviews, I spoke with some of the most experienced HR professionals. It was clear that they were passionate about promoting individual empowerment and business success. Throughout these chats, I gained a deep appreciation for their commitment to both their clients and workers. We addressed my monthly plans and processes as an industrial psychologist, including my learning path and responsibilities. The highlight was the opportunity to speak with the CEO, whose personal involvement and passion for my possible role made me very enthusiastic to join the team.I started working with GBHR, and it was everything and more than I could have imagined.
