Functional Training

  • We provide customized Sales Training, Customer Relations, Retail Sales, Retail Store Management, Dealer Management and Franchise operations
  • HR for Line Managers - An in-depth, interactive programme for line managers to improve productivity and people management.
  • HR for HR Team : 8 days spaced programmes plus on the job study and projects. It covers all aspects of HR. We customize and provide organization specific practical examples.
  • Interviewing skills programme : Two days intensive training including practical demo sessions, specific feedback to individuals for higher effectiveness.


Leadership Coaching

One to one coaching session over a period of 6 to 8 months covering 10 to 12 sessions. Each session will be between 1.30 hrs to 2 hrs max. Coaching sessions are done in person and online also. It includes assessment, identifying one key area which will have a larger impact on personal growth / transformation.



Assessment / Development Centre

We facilitate assessment and development center and provide feedback reports / discuss development areas with individuals.



Leadership Appointments

We do exclusive executive search / headhunter based on specific requirements. Participate in Selection process and provide 3rd party assessment views.



Self-managed Teams / HPWS Implementation

We facilitate implementing SMT at plant level, establish policies, systems, processes, monitor and provide feedback. We do the design in consultation with you, develop, recruit, train and handhold SMTs.
