Prior to his entrepreneurial journey in 2015, he worked for two Corporates of diverse business for 22 years.

He has done his B.com and MSW (IR & PM) from Loyola College, Chennai and PGCBM from IFMR, Chennai. He has been trained and certified in various psychometric Assessment tools, Behavioral Skill Evaluation, Competency Modeling, Assessment / Development Centre, Job Evaluation techniques, Group Facilitation, Interviewing Skills, Compensation benchmarking & restructuring, Strategic Leadership, etc., by the world class reputed organization. He is proficient in designing HR processes and customized HRMS to produce desired outcomes.

His training workshops on Vision and Goal alignment, Achieving business excellence through goal setting and Leadership are some of the most sought after programmes. He is an invited speaker at various Industry and Professional forums.

His passion to automate HR processes led him to design and develop a comprehensive HRMS software “GB HERMES” Entry to Exit HR Management Solution integrating all major HR processes suitable to any industry and size.
